The course is designed for the complete beginner and runs for 6 consecutive weeks. During this time we cover a variety of ways that make meditating easier to learn. I would like to express my deepest thanks for all the help you have given me over the last 6 months or so. I was in a very black place utterly full of despair and my nerves in turmoil. It was so wonderful to ‘find’ you and to realise that there was hope after all. It was not easy, partly because I am an interminable fidget (still am) and found it very difficult to relax let alone meditate!
Losing my beloved son and friend has been the hardest thing I have ever had to go through, totally unbearable, a very lonely place. However, through meditation you have helped me enormously. I am far, far more calm, more forgiving and accepting of situations I cannot change. It has not always been easy, still isn’t, and I may not reach the same level as you but I feel more in control of my nerves. I can sit back and look at the problems realistically without getting totally stressed every time. I have asked my guide for help many times and to my utter surprise, I get the outcome I requested. Wow…
